ph66 operates under Philippine law and PAGCOR's regulatory framework. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Each player is permitted to hold only one ph66 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of balances.

1.4 These Terms apply to all users of the ph66 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use any part of the ph66 website or services.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the ph66 platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. ph66 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of its users.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ph66 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts may not use the ph66 platform.

2.5 ph66 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ph66 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. When registering for a ph66 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). ph66 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by ph66 for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 Account Approval. ph66 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your ph66 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph66 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.
4.2 You agree to notify ph66 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3 ph66 staff will never ask you for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph66 immediately.
4.4 ph66 recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and avoid accessing your account from shared or public devices. ph66 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
4.5 All activity conducted through your ph66 account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified ph66 of a security breach.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be accepted where available.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the ph66 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
5.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the ph66 platform's cashier page and are subject to change at ph66's discretion.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. ph66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
5.5 Processing Times. ph66 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements.
5.6 Prohibited Funding Sources. You may not fund your ph66 account using credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not expressly listed as accepted by ph66. Transactions made using prohibited funding sources will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.
5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. ph66 is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. ph66 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into a player's account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
6.1 ph66 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. ph66 reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been satisfied.

6.4 Abuse. ph66 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
6.5 Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. ph66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 All games available on the ph66 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All ph66 casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated in professional studio environments.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, ph66 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. ph66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph66 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any ph66 content.
9.3 The ph66 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph66. You may not use these marks without ph66's prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph66 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
10.2 ph66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph66 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ph66 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or security breaches beyond its reasonable control.
11.1 ph66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with gambling. ph66 provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting ph66's customer support team. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be permitted to register a new account.
11.3 Age Verification. ph66 is strictly a platform for players aged 21 and above. ph66 employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time.

12.1 ph66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph66 reasonably believes that:
12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, ph66 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
12.3 Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting ph66's customer support team. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

14.1 ph66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph66 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ph66 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the ph66 platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph66's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph66's internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the subject matter.
15.4 ph66 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players may also refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
